2006/7/20 Thursday's... blog.Well, I received the email from the Ayurvedic people a couple of days ago... here's my email to them below. Hello, I took your interactive questionnaire a couple of times yesterday and a few today, and I was just wondering how rare it is for the Vatta, Pitta, and Kapha to equal zero. I know that, for the tri-doshic types, it suggests that one retakes the test at another time... is the result of being tri-doshic and having everything equal zero really that rare? -Sarah And their response... quite simple... Approximately 1% of all people. Heh heh... kinda cool. I guess. Well, seeing as it's somewhat of a lonely statistic, I guess it's alright... though I doubt it can be that small of an amount unless they've tested every single person on ze Earth. Oh well... 85% of statistics are made up on the spot, anyway. And if you didn't catch that... leave now. Heh heh. Because it's rather unusual for me to be writing in here in the afternoon, I'm really at a loss for words. All I can say is I'm glad that the weather is nice, even though it's going to rain tomorrow for awhile and the weekend isn't looking too good. I was hoping to go gliding Sunday, but we'll have to see if the Weather Gods will cooperate. *Crosses fingers* Actually, I might as well release some stuff I've had bottled up that's related to the crisis over in Lebanon and Israel. First off, I'm EXTREMELY pissed at the fact that we're going to charge people, OUR people, money to use our transportation to get them out of a war-ladden country. W...T...F?!? Sure, we can spend every cent (so far, what... $133 Billion?) on the War in Iraq, but we can't afford to get our citizens out of there?! Excuse my language, but that's bullshit! Okay, so "we the people" won't provide a free ride. What is up with that?! I see now, apparently Bush cares more about the Iraqis than he does his own people. After all, we're spending all of our money on them and we don't have a cent to spare for those who are terrified and don't even want to be over there in Lebanon while this whole thing is going on? Whatever... I think it's a load of bull. And I'm going to go find something else to do. The weather is much too nice to go and rant about something so ridiculous. Later. Alright... now I'm in the writing mood... seeing as it's 10:12 pm. Heh heh. Anyway, I was rifling through some fortune cookies that came with the Chinese food that Mum and I ordered for lunch (I always get sesame chicken... it's the best). My first fortune was rather a surprise, especially to me - "Your intelligence is something to be admired". Riiiiight. Anyway, the second one was a little more logical. "You will be showered in good luck". Does that include money? I could go for some of that... But the third was the biggest surprise of them all, even the ones that I've had in the past. I mean, it really isn't even a fortune... it's more like a prophecy seeing as it isn't directed towards the reader or any particular event of person. Where there is no vision, the people perish. Since when did you get something like that in your fortune cookie? The first thing I said to Mum after I read it was "Erm... is this some sort of threat?! Sounds a wee bit like a 'message' to me..." . But after you think about it for five seconds, it begins to make sense. Actually, I'm checking it up on Google and apparently it's from the Bible - Proverbs 29:18. I guess I wasn't that off when I said that it's some sort of prophetic thing. Heh heh. But why in the world would the Chinese go quoting the Bible? Hmm... Anyway, I think I'm going to take this to heart. After all, fortune cookies aren't always wrong, you know. Hey, it's inspiration. What can I say. Alright... I think I'ma try to head to bed. I've been getting to sleep waaay too early in the am. Nighty night. 引用通告此日志的引用通告 URL 是: http://elationaviation.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!FD1CF9BB907EDDE0!221.trak 引用此项的网络日志
